  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the ability to read, write, and speak English adequately (IELTS level 5.5 with no band lower than 5.0 for non-native speakers).
  • Possess the required technology to study online, including the ability to film and photograph work completed.
  • Own a food thermometer.
