Meet your fellow learners

It's your turn in this step to tell us a few things about yourself.
In order to start building relationships with other learners we would like you to participate in an icebreaker activity.

You can choose how to do this. If you’re feeling adventurous you might make a brief FlipGrid video (2 minutes maximum), or alternatively you can use the Comments area to introduce yourself to the group. Whichever method you choose, you should structure your introduction around some basic questions, such as:

  • Where are you located?
  • What is your current job or professional role?
  • What previous experience, if any, have you had of global education?
  • What do you think global education is?
  • What do you hope to gain from taking part in the course?

Record your video with FlipGrid

Once you’ve uploaded your video or added your comment, take a look at some of the contributions from your fellow learners.

  • Do you have things in common? If so, introduce yourself directly! If not, is there anyone working in a context or location that interests you?
  • How does your view of global education compare to others in the group?

Try to respond to at least one other learner, follow them, and try to keep in touch throughout the course.
