Tourism and Peace
Do you think tourism can ever be a driver for peace?
The course dissects one of the most current and fervent discussions in the field of tourism management at a global level. The historical roots of the debate, its progress and the implications for international and national policies of tourism development will be analysed, and you’ll immerse yourself in the practical and theoretical through case studies and the presentation of international projects.

- Explore and understand the different perspectives that make up the complex debate around the causal relationship between tourism and peace

Who is the course for?
Students who have a background in social sciences, arts and humanities, business studies or tourism and hospitality, or those with a background in sustainable development will be interested.
