Risk Management: Communication and Personal Capacity
Every human mind thinks in different and unique ways. You will be introduced to the term ‘incident management’ and how technical and non-technical skills both play an important role during emergency situations when split second decisions are needed.
You will also learn from previous case studies where incident command communication played an important part both in good and bad outcomes. From this you will gain a stronger and confident understanding of the importance of good decision-making during potentially dangerous situations.
