In this course we’ll explore the techniques required for successful planning. Assuming the role of a project manager, you’ll explore the importance of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and discover how it helps you to meet project deadlines.
You’ll learn how to successfully apply GANTT charts and critical path analysis (CPA) and will discuss in detail the importance of project organisation and its impact on project success.
We will also uncover the importance of stakeholder analysis and management, focusing on project risks, and discuss how to manage teams, resources and contracting.
