In this final short course, you will distinguish between different forms of project termination and understand the key steps in closing down the project. You will consider why it is important to reflect on project success and failure, and what can be improved for future projects. 

You will investigate how knowledge management is a key concept of project learning and, through this process, you will understand the different techniques used to capture project lessons for future project benefit.
