Why is estimating in construction so important?
This course will analyse the processes and activities involved in the preparation of a tender estimate.
You’ll have the opportunity to examine various pre-tender estimating methods available and the factors affecting the choice of a particular method.
The course will also aim to develop your understanding of costing in the context of construction and the purpose and requirement for estimating in the construction industry.
