The Rationale for Managing Performance
Discover how appraisal can meet the psychological needs of teachers and leaders
During this short course, you will have the chance to explore the rationale for an effective performance management system, including how it fits in with the core values of schools, and as a tool for developing teachers’ skills and meeting the psychological needs of employees.
