They also have to focus on the long-term care for the patients, in this case specifically Nancy and how her autonomy plays a role into this. It was also interesting to observe the use of the model in which the quality of life depends on the balance of the domains (the factors influencing the psychological status of the residents) and the benefits and risks of polypharmacy.
