Leadership styles
Course overview
Welcome to Week 1! In this activity, we will introduce you to the course learning outcomes and provide a brief overview of the course topics.
Leadership styles
In this activity, we identify and define what is leadership. We will also cover leadership styles and identify what type of leader you are.
Adapting your leadership style
In this activity, we take a look at how you can adapt your leadership style to become the best leader you can be. We'll also look at some challenges of leadership and how you can overcome these.
End of week test
In this activity, we wrap up week 1 by completing the end-of-week test.
Week 2
Leadership challenges
Defining yourself as a leader
In this activity, we review what makes a good leader and identify some strategies on how to refine your leadership style through reflection and feedback.
Challenges of leadership
This activity covers the challenges that leaders must face and overcome. Through overcoming these challenges, leaders create opportunities for themselves to develop and grow both personally and professionally.
Course wrap up
