Requirements

Plan and develop your leadership behaviour

The aim of this program is to develop your knowledge and understanding of leadership. Over the course of the program, you will have the opportunity to assess your leadership behaviours and potential in the context of organisational working practices and cultures.

You’ll examine effective leadership and management of human capital, and leadership as a factor of organisational success within an international context. You will also have the chance to explore factors that influence leadership styles or behaviours in workplace situations and how they can affect teams.
