Health Tourism
Would you combine your next medical procedure with a holiday abroad?
Health tourism is the term used for travel that is undertaken for the purposes of undergoing medical treatments or making use of healthcare services.
In this course, the managerial and entrepreneurial aspect of this tourist activity will be explored and we’ll look at the important roles played by tour operators in the field of health and wellness tourism, from designing, developing and promoting health and wellness tourism programs, to working with health and medical institutions to design attractive tourism services and programs.

Who is the course for?
Students who have a background in social sciences, arts and humanities, business studies or tourism and hospitality, or those with a background in sustainable development will be interested.
