Week 1
Before the Interview

Navigating the Recruitment Journey
Explore the various stages of the recruitment process, from initial CV and cover letter submissions to assessment centres and final interviews.
Commercial Awareness and Company Analysis
Understand commercial awareness, including SWOT and PESTLE analyses, to explore organizations and showcase your knowledge in job applications and cover letters.
Score a CV
Critically analyse CVs using a scoring matrix to assess their fit for a Business Development Executive role. Gain practical insights into creating strong applications.
Pre-interview Test
Learn about pre-interview tests like situational judgment, personality, reasoning, and game-based assessments, and how they evaluate your skills and fit for a role.
End of Week One Discussion
Reflect on your progress from Week One! Share your confidence levels and insights gained about career goals, recruitment processes, and job application tools.
Week 2
Successful interviews
Video Interviews, Assessment Centres and Final Stage Interviews
Analyse and score video interviews, and apply the STAR method to structure responses.
Interview Techniques and Preparation
Gain practical skills for predicting and preparing for interview questions by analysing job descriptions and applying structured response techniques like STAR and CARL.
AI and Recruitment
Gain a comprehensive understanding of AI's role in recruitment, both from a recruiter's and a candidate's perspective.
