Quantitative Research Methods and Contemporary Issues
This online course will enable you to start planning towards your research proposal. You will be taken through the early stages in understanding how to execute your research project in construction.
You will also be specifically looking at the range of tools for collecting, validating, analysing data and also effective ways of presenting research outcomes. From this you will be able to justify your choice of research methodology and methods applied within it.

- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of research methodology including theory, ontology and epistemology in academic research
- Evaluate the main streams of construction research methods strategies and their applications
- Explore research problems linked to construction management and apply appropriate quantitative and qualitative research methods to address these problems to achieve defined objectives
